This assemblage piece started with a number of large vintage projector bulbs I’ve had for years. I noticed that I also had an interesting aeronautical gear that happen to have an inner diameter at one end that perfectly fit the 1000 watt bulbs. Additionally, I had a chain that happen to fit one end of the gear.

Thus, I thought the bulbs, gear, and chain deserved to be displayed with a nice block of walnut. The custom teak washers and wenge base were added to finish off the assemblage.

Note – the combination of four 750 watt bulbs and three 1000 watt bulbs total the 6000 watts, thus the assemblage title.
